YŪGEN keeps on celebrating this month! We have created new tours in Northern Portugal and adapted our existing ones. Let our new suggestions inspire you! On foot or by e-bike, from the mountains to the Ocean or along the coast on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, the choice is yours. All our sample itineraries can be combined with cities like Porto, Braga and Guimarães, with relaxation or action at the beach, with Santiago de Compostela in Spain or the Douro valley in Portugal.

From the mountains to the sea | hiking | 6 days/5 nights
This is a combination of self-drive and self-guided hiking. You will travel from the mountains in the Peneda-Gerês NP, through the green Lima Valley to the charming seaside villages at the Atlantic Ocean. Walk along impressive landscapes and enjoy a well-kept cultural heritage on the way.
Magical northern Coast | hiking | 7 days/6 nights
A self-guided hiking route with luggage transfers for your convenience. Walk from one picturesque village to the next along the most beautiful parts of the St. James Way. This tour brings you from northern Portugal to Galicia in Spain, where a visit to the Cies Islands National Park is definitely worth while.
Portuguese magical Coast | Hiking | 5 days/4 nights
A shorter version of the above. Walk along the Atlantic Ocean, discover how the locals live and learn about traditional techniques in small harbor towns and villages while we transfer your luggage for your you!
E-bike Peneda -Gerês NP | E-mountainbike | 3 days/2 nights
The best way to discover Peneda-Gerês National Park is by e-bike! In only two days you will ride from the eastern part of the park to the western part. You will bike 60 km per days, in about 5 hours, while covering 2500 meters in cumulated altitude over the 2 days. And, the best part is that you will still have enough energy to enjoy the scenery and mountain villages along the way. This is a guided tour with a support vehicle with 2nd guide.
E-bike Camino de Santiago | E-mountainbike | 3 days/2 nights
Travel back in time along the Portuguese Way to Santiago! Starting in the charming village of Ponte de Lima in Portugal, our e-bikes will bring you to Santiago de Compostela in Spain along scenic routes and villages. Guided tour with support vehicle and 2nd guide.
